What do I need to enter when booking online?
Please enter full passenger names exactly as shown on their photographic ID. Photographic ID is required for travel.
How does payment protection work with Loch Lomond Travel?
Customer money is paid into an independent Trust Account. It stays there until the holiday has returned, and only then can Loch Lomond Travel access the funds.
Can you support wheelchairs, rollators or mobility scooters?
We can take one mobility scooter per coach in the hold, and we can store multiple wheelchairs or rollators. Wheelchairs cannot be used onboard. Passengers must be able to walk up the steps to board.
