    🏨 Britannia Hotel, Basingstoke

    The Britannia Hotel, Basingstoke is a comfortable base, with a relaxed feel and handy on-site facilities for unwinding after a busy day. The hotel has a lift to most areas, along with welcoming lounge spaces.

    Meals are served in the hotel’s restaurant, and there’s also a bar for a quiet drink in the evening. Bedrooms are en-suite and have the everyday essentials you’d expect for a comfortable stay.

    For a bit of downtime, the hotel has leisure facilities including an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and a fitness suite.

    🦁 Longleat Safari Park

    After breakfast, we’ll head to Longleat Safari Park for a full day out, with your Day Ticket covering both the Safari Drive-Through and a great mix of attractions to enjoy on foot.

    The Safari Drive-Through is the main event, taking you right past some of Longleat’s most impressive residents. Keep an eye out as you travel through - from giraffes and cheetahs to African painted dogs - with plenty of time to enjoy the route at a relaxed pace.

    Back in the Main Square, there’s loads included to fill the rest of the day. Your ticket includes the Jungle Cruise Boat Safari, the Longleat Railway, Animal Adventure, the Bat Cave, and the famous hedge maze. During the main season, you’ll also have the option to visit the ground floor of Longleat House on a self-guided basis, subject to availability on the day. After a full day at the park, we’ll return to the hotel.
