For 40 nights, Ambience will be your home from home, offering a warm, welcoming atmosphere and plenty to enjoy on sea days. With space for around 1,400 guests, the ship feels spacious without ever being overwhelming. Dining options include five restaurants, such as the main Buckingham Restaurant and the more casual Borough Market buffet, plus speciality venues like Saffron and Chef’s Table for something a bit more refined. There are also nine bars and lounges to choose from, including The Purple Turtle Pub and Raffles Bar - ideal spots for a quiet drink or a catch-up with new friends.

When it comes to entertainment and relaxation, Ambience has plenty to keep you busy. Enjoy West End-style shows in The Palladium, live music and scenic views from The Observatory, or a film in the cinema. There’s a swimming pool and two hot tubs on deck, plus a gym, wellness centre and salon if you fancy a bit of pampering. You’ll also find a crafting studio, card room, library, shopping galleria, and regular enrichment talks and activities. Whether you're looking to unwind, stay active, or get involved in something new, life at sea aboard Ambience offers something for everyone.

Your 43 Day Itinerary

• Day 1: Wednesday, 28 January 2026 – Depart Scotland

Begin your journey with luxury coach travel from your chosen pickup point in Scotland. Enjoy scenic views and comfort as you travel south.

• Day 2: Thursday, 29 January 2026 – Overnight Stay En Route

Stay overnight at a Select hotel. Dinner, bed and breakfast are included – the perfect way to unwind before the cruise.

• Day 3: Friday, 30 January 2026 – Board the ship in London Tilbury

Travel the final stretch to London Tilbury where you’ll board the Ambience. Settle into your cabin as the ship sets sail later that day.

• Day 4: 31 January – At Sea

Ease into life onboard with a day to explore the ship. Take a stroll around the ship’s stunning three-deck-high atrium, browse the shops, or settle in for live piano music in Raffles Bar.

• Days 5–7: 1–3 February – At Sea

Try out a yoga or dance class, enjoy a massage at the spa, or relax in a hot tub with ocean views. There’s a full programme of guest talks, quizzes, deck games, craft workshops and live music. In the evening, dress up for the Captain’s Cocktail Party or catch a show in the two-tier Palladium Theatre.

• Day 8: 4 February – Praia da Vitória, Azores

Step ashore in the Atlantic and explore the town’s history and natural beauty.

• Days 9–14: 5–10 February – At Sea

Enjoy the rhythm of cruising – enjoy afternoon tea, take in a film at the outdoor cinema screen, read a book in the library, or try your luck in the casino. At night, enjoy cabaret shows, classical performances, or live bands across the ship’s many venues.

• Day 15: 11 February – St John's, Antigua

Wander colourful markets or enjoy one of Antigua’s many beaches.

• Day 16: 12 February – Road Town, Tortola (BVI)

Relax in calm, turquoise waters (tender port – limited mobility access).

• Days 17–19: 13–15 February – At Sea

You’ll find plenty to do, from arts and crafts to bridge in the card room. Or simply relax by the pool with a drink in hand.

• Day 20: 16 February – Havana, Cuba

A highlight of the trip – classic cars, live music, and Cuban culture.

• Day 21: 17 February – At Sea

Catch up with fellow guests or attend an enrichment talk from a special guest speaker.

• Day 22: 18 February – George Town, Grand Cayman

Famous for Seven Mile Beach and marine life (tender port).

• Day 23: 19 February – Montego Bay, Jamaica

Soak in the views, try some local food, or explore nearby sites.

• Day 24: 20 February – Ocho Rios, Jamaica

Home to Dunn’s River Falls – a great stop for nature lovers.

• Day 25: 21 February – At Sea

Why not visit the Chef’s Table or one of the speciality restaurants for something different? Evening entertainment continues with dancing in the Observatory Lounge.

• Day 26: 22 February – Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic

A city full of colonial charm and rich history.

• Day 27: 23 February – At Sea

Enjoy a relaxed pace with meals, entertainment, or a good book.

• Day 28: 24 February – Fort-de-France, Martinique

A little slice of France in the Caribbean, with beautiful gardens and cafes.

• Day 29: 25 February – Bridgetown, Barbados

Friendly and lively – a great place for shopping or a beach break.

• Day 30: 26 February – Castries, St Lucia

Enjoy spectacular scenery and the famous Pitons.

• Day 31: 27 February – Kingstown, St Vincent

More peaceful and local in feel, ideal for a quieter day ashore.

• Day 32: 28 February – Basseterre, St Kitts

Mix of colonial heritage and tropical landscapes.

• Days 33–42: 1–10 March – At Sea

Sail home across the Atlantic with ten full days of entertainment, dining and relaxation. There’s always something going on – movie nights, pub quizzes, card tournaments, and of course, plenty of space to simply unwind. Look out for the return of the Captain’s Gala Dinner and Baked Alaska Parade.

• Day 43: 11 March – Return to London Tilbury & Rejoin Coach

Disembark and board your coach for the journey back north.

• Day 44: Thursday, 12 March – Overnight Stay En Route

One final hotel stay with dinner, bed and breakfast to break up the journey.

• Day 45: Friday, 13 March – Return to Scotland

Arrive back at your original pickup point with unforgettable memories.
